Dataroad carried out a new structured cabling project for a client in Oeiras, involving the installation of a Gigabit CAT6 network spanning approximately 2,000 meters and comprising 56 network outlets for workstations, including the installation and connection of a rack at the client’s new facilities.

The client turned to Dataroad to handle the move to its new office, including network installation as well as IT services and support. We installed network outlets and electrical outlets for the IT infrastructure, as well as cable trays for the necessary cabling, installed a biometric sensor, and dismantled the rack before reassembling it at the client’s new location.

The Dataroad team, which specializes in and is certified for computer network installation and cabling, presented solutions to the client to better address the issues encountered during the installation of the client’s new network.

Services provided:

Installation of network cabling and CAT6 network jacks;
Installation of electrical outlets;
Disassembly and assembly of computer chassis;
Installation of 3 network panels in a rack and labeling;
Gutter installation;
Installation of a biometric time-and-attendance sensor.

We provided all necessary support for the relocation of servers and equipment from the old facilities to the new ones, including disassembly and reassembly at the new location.
