Project: Installation of a wireless network for guests at a hotel in Oeiras

Dataroad recently completed a new wireless network installation project for a client in the hospitality industry in Oeiras. The project involved deploying a Gigabit CAT6 network, installing approximately 13 indoor wireless access points and outdoor panels to provide coverage for the garden and pool areas, as well as connecting a rack at the client’s new facilities.

The client turned to Dataroad for assistance with network installation, as well as IT services and support. We installed network outlets and electrical outlets for the IT infrastructure, and configured and optimized the wireless network solution to provide guests with internet access.

The Dataroad team, which specializes in and is certified for computer network installation and cabling, presented solutions to the client to better address the issues encountered during the installation of the client’s new network.

Services provided:

Installation of network cabling and CAT6 network jacks;
Installation of electrical outlets and network ports for wireless antennas;
Installation of indoor wireless antennas on the hotel floors;
Installation of outdoor antennas on the exterior of the hotel, in the gardens, and by the pool;
Installation of cable trays and power outlets;
Setup and installation services for wireless solutions for customers and guests.
